Your school photos

The studio is Your school's photographer. Your school gave us each student's name, class and year level, and parent or carer contact details, so that we can photograph students on picture day and show the photos to their families.
We use your email address to sign you in and to send your receipts and "photos ready" messages. We never sell it, and we don't add you to marketing unless you tick the box.
Photos are shown only to the student's approved parents and carers. Your school's office can see class lists and class photos. Staff can see photos only to run picture day and fill orders.
Online galleries close when the school's ordering period ends. We keep photos for re-orders for a limited time and then delete them; you can ask us to delete your child's photos at any time.
If a court order or parenting arrangement means someone must not see your child's photos, tell Your school's office: they can require the office's approval for every new parent access.
